NB Group Investors and PNC Mezzanine Capital announced an investment of equity and debt to support expansion initiatives of CR Fitness Holdings, a franchisee of Crunch Fitness gym chains.

CR Fitness is expanding its footprint in Florida and Georgia, according to a news release. Terms of NB Group’s investment weren’t disclosed.
